LANGHAM HOSPITALITY GROUP EXPANDS FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAMME WITH NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH VIRGIN AUSTRALIA

Langham Hospitality Group announced today that it has entered into a partnership with Velocity Frequent Flyer, the loyalty programme of Virgin Australia.

Starting 1 July 2013, Velocity members are entitled to receive three Velocity Points for each A$1 qualifying spend at The Langham hotels in Melbourne and Sydney, and 1000 Points for each stay at all the other hotels* in the Langham Hospitality Group portfolio.

"With our hotels' strong presence in the Pacific and Virgin Australia's routes to our Group's key destinations, this alliance makes perfect sense for both our guests, members and brands. We are very much looking forward to welcoming the Velocity Frequent Flyer members to our hotels around the world."

To celebrate the launch of this new partnership, Velocity members may earn double Velocity Points for qualifying stays at all Langham Hospitality Group's hotels* from 1 July to 30 September 2013. In addition, the members may enjoy a 15 per cent off the best available rate (BAR) for any reservations at the group's hotels in Auckland, Sydney and Melbourne during the same period.
