CHUAN SPA WINS TOP ASIAN SPA MARKETING AWARD
November 22, 2010 Chuan Spa, the global spa brand of Langham Hotels International, has won the prestigious Spa Marketing of the Year award for marketing excellence from Asia Spa magazine, the region's leading spa publication. The influential industry awards recognise the best in the Asian spa industry as judged by an independent panel of experts from 10 countries across the region. The awards which run to 28 categories set the benchmark for quality and innovation in the industry. Chuan Spa was selected this year on the basis of its innovative marketing efforts to build the world's first international spa brand with treatments based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The first Chuan Spa was opened in 2004 at Langham Place, Mongkok, Hong Kong and today, seven spas spans the globe from Auckland to Los Angeles. A further 16 are under development.
